Ah well, I got my money back, that's all that matters now. Due to change in exchange rate I still lost a couple of pounds in the entire process. This incident cost me a lot of effort, energy, time and in the end some money, so to put it in decent English: f*ck him!
ladyjaye you seem to forget to mention the weeks and weeks of me chasing you around trying to set this deal up, first of you wanted 5 sets so I pack up 5 sets then you change your mind and only want 3 sets so I unwrapped them and packed up 3 sets, then when you finally paypal me the money its for two sets and still want the freebie bits I said I would give you if you brought all 5 packs, and then just because I didnt answer two of your e-mails in the same week you open a paypal dispute, so yeah I did put your order to the side and im sorry I did just forget about it, but you got your money back and neither of us lost out on anything apart from time.
I think, rather than prolonging the argument, it would be better to try to rebuild your reputation, man. A lot of people are disappointed in you. You promised me some pieces and then went off the grid. What happened?

Right. And the last five times I contacted you I heard f*ck all back, whether it was to swap parts, help people find you to avoid this situation from escalating or to notify you of your wants on ebay, I was ignored.
What I said I was I couldn't do a swap at the time as I didn't have my collection to hand. I offered you cash at the time. Don't blame me for this, your deliberate lack of action has caused this and your bad reputation speaks for itself.
It is simple, bottom line is that you did NOT deliver. So instead of trying to get your right afterwards, maybe it is time to do a little reflection and get your act together. Your eBay feedback and messages I read on other boards speak for themselves. What you are doing now is not solving anything.
I opened a PP dispute, simply because otherwise I would not have any goods and my money would have been gone permanently. And yes, I did loose money in the entire process.

As far as I am concerned my dealings with skyline have concluded and i guess I've learnt a harsh lesson. I've requested that the thread be locked at Yojoe, partly because of the incident has now concluded.
Aside from this and any other potential dealings here, i don't really see any point in beating skyline verbally online, especially if we now all know to trade carefully with him in the future.
I'm sure we are all too aware that his trading practices leave something to be desired. I'll go ahead and admit I have alot of trouble doing many things in my life with my illness, and i really don't wish that Skyline would be making all those excuses up to cover his own back.
I'm sure under any other circumstances Daniel would of done things differently now, and I for one have never fealt such a need to vent at a person in a deal the way i have done with him., hey I even contacted hampshire police about him.
Anyone that is based in the United Kingdom knows this collecting community is relatively small (compared to US trading and dealing). We "kind of" know each other there or there abouts.. and so if Daniel is to continue trading or show an interest in gi joe or action force.. if anyone will know of him starting up again it will be us..
Please don't mistake this as me feeling sorry for him, or making excuses.. I'm just saying we can't change what has happened by beating him verbally, there's being aware and then there's being overly paranoid.
