Not even after we reported that "Zombieland" scribers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are going to be doing the writing for the new "Deadpool" movie. IESB is now reporting the Paramount Pictures has hired them to pen a sequel to GI Joe: Rise of Cobra.

After GI Joe: Rise of Cobra became a box office hit, Paramount Picture’s vice chairman Rob Moore said that a sequel would “soon go into development.” Paramount is eager to get a second film in production so we might be seeing the sequel by next Summer?
