In Resolute, :storm: was killed by  with the same technique the Hard Master had refused to teach him, symbolizing  's ultimate triumph over :storm: , so reviving him would be anticlimatic (as a difference to ROC, too, where  defeated :storm: , but not in a particularly symbolic way, just stabbing him). Besides, I don't want to see Resolute :storm: again; he was too evil (compared to other Stormie versions) and deserved his fate. For a sequel, he can be easily replaced by Slice or some other ninja.
He didn't avoid the bullets his breathing was slowed down so much it was undetectable so clinically he did die.
how long was he dead for?

Well, he died in issue #47 and returned in issue #50, which, if we consider comic-book time, was less than a week for him.

Is Resolute due out in Region 2 format soon or are we not likely to get it?
