Well be fair I hadnt seen any reviews or anything for months it just seemed a little late to bt releasing them. Look at the Avengers. No one did any publicity pre release or gave interviews. All I have seen up until today was short snap shots and people comparing toys.
You could understand why I would be anxious.

Well I thoroughly enjoyed the GI Joe film, so much so I'm going back this week with my nephew! :-D It's a little daft, but for pure action/adventure, it was great.

Although it would've been within the producers' purview to have a US-only cast, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the team was international, giving the film an :AFLogo: Action Force flavour!

It also shows that America's attitude to the World is changing. Cool!

I was glad to see an Englishman in a leading heroic role, namely Heavy Duty. And of course, the costumes were excellent!

Looking forward to a sequel!

As a action movie lover I really enjoyed it (I saw it four times at the cinema) but as a fan... there are some issue I complain about like, Duke and baroness' past, Ripcord and Scarlett, Cobra Commander is an old Duke's friend...are they Kidding??? :-D :-D .

I totally agree with that. Yes we all knoe that Gi Joe is a "real american forces" but a lot of Joes are from different nation sice the team was born :-D

Gi joe Rise of Cobra has been the second movie most viewd in Italy!! By the way look at this:

http://www.theterrordrome.com/2009/11/g ... ies/%20!!!

"this makes Rise of Cobra the 3rd highest selling DVD release of the year, behind Transformers 2 and Twilight".

And on IMBD:

Now I'm waiting for the sequel, I hope will be better than the first one :hyena:
