Copperhead? If so he was used by DDP no idea still about the comic pack and I think he was used once by Marvel UK in Doppelganger.

Yes, it is (sorry, I haven't read the DDP stuff yet).
The comic pack I was talking about was the /Shipwreck/Polly one. I think the story shown in it happens shortly before Serpentor's first appearance. Still, despite 's DDP appearances, we could still say the comic pack retcons him into the classic era, right? (so weird he didn't appear even when Python Patrol appeared)
