cant see the problem if its a good trade

Neal,

The post from the Baron and SteveD are kinda hitting at the same thing. If it has worked for you in the past then that is really great. I simply expressed my opinion because I certainly would not swap MIB for loose no matter how good the trade or the 43 intervening PM's to get to that point. And as I have said before I wish you the best in your endeavours.

Best Regards

Only kidding, mate. Just thought the notion of spare carded stuff lying about was funny. No offence meant.

That is correct Neal I wouldn't swap boxed for loose. My series 2 loose collection is complete as is my series 1 and I don't collect series 3 loose just the odd MOC. My main focus is Series 1 MOC and the one series two large MOC that I need and of course German MOC when they appear as well as 40thAM.

So each to their own really, if some people do then great but it ain't my thing.

Blimey - that'll teach me for skim reading Paul - I read that missing out the words loose, so instantly got insanely jealous that you'd completed series 1! That'll teach me!

I'm down to needing just two series 1's to complete that set. But to say they are proving elusive is an understatement!

I've traded rare MOC and MISB items for a super super rare loose item...namely the European CGI!

I've also traded rare MOC for loose Red Shadows and Krakens.

When the deal is right and it's what you want whether it's loose, MOC or MISB then the deal is right!
