I found Spanish filecards in nuevadominion.com. Wild Bill was seemingly renamed "El Vaquero" (the Cowboy) in Spain (he was still Wild Bill here in Chile), and he has a NEW birthplace! The filecard says Normandy, France. Well, the name William Hardy was also changed to Cristobal Bisset (which doesn't sound French to me), so I thought at first he was a new character made as a "repurpose" of the Wild Bill figure (just like Eco-Warrior Dashiell "Flint" Faireborne was changed to Carlos "Ballena" Barbera), but later I found the Tiger Force Wild Bill Spanish filecard. He was named William Hardy, born in Hull, england, but he was still El Vaquero!

Jungla is the name of the nuevadominion user who owned the Filecard (based on Outback's name in Spain). I have some more, if you want to see more alterations.

Wild Bill's always been from Hull. that's what my file card for him says and what his IP in the comic said.
