Ladybird AF books

Post by Malcolm Orr »

Just bought 3 off eBay for about £4. I remember having the Dinosaur one as a kid. Anyway, I'll scan them for the archive. Also I bought 2 of the AF Club packs (green PVC set with map etc) for 99p each, unused extra stock, and will make scans of all the individual bits for the archive too.

I've a few of those. I think I'm only missing the one with Wild Bill in (can't remember the name of it). I also have the Transformers books (which I prefer over the AF ones, to be honest) along with the original audio cassettes.
Good grief, I used to have hundreds of those Ladybirds books, of all types. Still have my "Dinosaur" one (the factual book, not the AF one!) that was presented to me when I left infants school...

The one with Wild Bill on the cover is called Action Force Go West.

I was watching the only one I have seen on ebay but missed the end of the auction. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0132438507

This is the only one I need to also complete the run, but they don't belong to me........... my 3 year old son is slowly being brainwashed & the ladybird books are his.
