i also find it difficult producing the decals and would appreciate any scans, anyone??

First of all, welcome to the gang! How did you find us?
There are some Word doc stickers here, designed for PC print out - I use sticky label sheets, drawback is they aren't waterproof.

And for ref all of the exisitng sticker scans can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1731
There is a shop in the US who sell custom repro stickers, they have made up some Action Force sets for us:

Our resident customiser The Kraken Wakes uses custom-made transfers, maybe drop him a PM?

Re: where do you get your figure decals???
the transfers work the best, but it depends on how good your printer is! for some reason when i print really small logos for figures i loose definition & they look kinda blurry!

Re: where do you get your figure decals???
Welcome!
Painting the logos is not as daunting as it first seems. For example with the SAS, paint the S as a solid block, paint a triangle and a solid block s. Only then add the lines then tidy the outlines. The mistake with painting logos is to think you have to add the logo on top of the figure and get it right first time - you don't - you just need to use the base colour to create gaps.
Another tip for painting logos is to restore battered figures where the logos have some paint rub - they act as a guide to fill in the rest.
