Im not a fan of CGI when it comes to fight scenes etc ...

I still cant believe how bad the Matrix sequels were ( in my opinion ) and still everyone praises them !! Am I the only one that thought the CGI was terrible when Neo was fighting Smith in the basketball court ? one minute its live action and the next minute ... its like watching a cartoon ! Neo's outfit changes colour and he had a cartoon head !

I remember watching the second movie in the cinema and coming away feeling totally cheated.

Sorry ..... I have wandered off topic here ........
There's a Matrix 2 & 3? naaaaaaaaaaaah that's just crazy talk.

I'm still half expecting it to be a live action "Team America"..hopefully it'll be as good as Transformers, I didn't think that would be much cop..but I really ejoyed it & am looking forward to the next one.
As for any of the Matrix films I just can't see what all the fuss was about..apart from the gun fight in the first one,I just found them a bit,well dull ..I'd sooner watch Blade Runner any day.
Haven't seen the new version of The day the earth stood stiill.. when Keanu 1st comes out of the u.f.o. he does say
"Hows it hanging earth dudes?"..

Bugger THE MATRIX. I hated the second one so much that, to this day, I still haven't bothered with part three.

Me too.

Re: the trailer.

Hugely impressed. Makes me really want to see it now.

Re: Baroness.

Man, she could end up in the very top drawer for me with Leia-Jabba-Slave!

Yeah very good teaser trailer some good clips I just hope they dont ruin it with cheese.......
For instance I heard of a film that is coming out soon called outlander and the trailers check it out here

And I must say the trailer makes it look fantastic!!!! Butttttt I got a dvd rip of it and it was a bit cheesey and I was slightly dissapointed with bits in it but hey I am no critic and everybodys opions are different..........

Could this be The Phantom Menace effect? ie, good trailer, lucklustre film?

I was shown about 4 minutes of rough cut footage, most of it missing final CGI, and "cheesy", would sadly be a good word to use.

if;

"these are Power Suits, they will make you 10 times stronger, 10 times faster!"

cue Duke and Ripcord running down a street, then jumping through the bus (bus bit seen on that trailer) then one of them saying to the other;

"wow these Power Suits really DO work"

does not make you wince in unnecessary agony, I don't know what will ;)

I don't like the sound of "power suits"..& hopefully Snake-eyes wont be the "super" ninja he was in the later stories..I'd like it to be more like the special missions comic..but somehow I don't think it will..

That looks superb. A film to immerse yourself in for an hour and a half and forget the real world.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
