His name is Hotwire he is like the chief B.A.T. (Battle Android Trooper) mechanic. He was a convention exclusive.

The non-camo Jammer, Cobra Mortal, White Cobra Mortal,Cobra Invasor with full logo and Cobra De Aco are all customs i bought. I also got custom Glenda,Manleh,Redmack,Shimik and Topson, which i will put soon. The figure behind Darklon is Hotwire from 2008 convention set.
