Bill you should check out Paul's diplay in the collection thread. It is amazing! http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/phpBB2/ ... =26&t=1925
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Possibly Neal.

It's one of the few vintage Star Wars items that I don't have.

Price dependant of course.

wow, wow, wow.
dude you need a bigger house.
this is the way i see my "den" in my head but most of my collection is sitting in boxes in the garage and attic.
i had a deal with the missus that i "get" the spare room and the rest of the house is hers, but true to form her stuff slowly started creeping in and now theres no room at all.
we actually bought this house specifically because it had a spare room for me and bedrooms for the kids.
now shes actually talking about buying a large shed and transferring my stuff to it.
lucky i wear the trousers in MY house (when she lets me)

No trouble Paul, glad to help a fellow Droids fan, and I did owe you one in the first place.

I see what you mean now about the repaints on your Droids figures Jess Mead and Koong looked particulary good in those colours.

Just curious what is that groovy little platform/stand that your Droids R2 is standing on it the photo you posted?

Looks like a neat flyer for him.

Never got me an Ewok Battle Wagon (though often been tempted), is it worth getting it looks pretty cool?

Have you ever seen the prototype box Kenner did for the White Witch? It had some great artwork, I've got a picture in a Japanese SW book, I'll have to sneak it into work and get it scanned in, not very big picture sadly, but still good.

Thanks for the kind remarks about my 'Command Centre' - its improved a bit since those photos were
taken and I've managed to cram even more stuff onto those precious shelves...

Re: the R2. It's another unreleased Droids toy - the RC-5A Hopper!

Here's the design sheet:

And here's a custom:

It's small, but perfectly formed - just like the mighty R2 himself!
