Didn't he actually speak in one story but by the second one they altered it to reflect the GI Joe version of the character?

Er.... no. But in 'The Great Cobra Robbery' he has thought balloons, which I don't recall ever seeing in the US comic.

Sorry to drag up this old thread but did we find out why/how Snake Eyes appeared in Battle Action Force? Was there to be a Palitoy figure?

No known reason. I suspect that the Palitoy artists had a pile of Action Force figures and old Stalker got left behind. They often drew Destro with Red Jackal's skull logo - and Stalker as Jammer.

They did? I know Destro had the Jackal kit in some stories but I don't remember Stalker with a red beret. Personally I reckon Snake eyes was going to be release and for some reason wasn't. Same way the prototype palitoys popped up in artwork.
