Awesome! And fascinating!

Particularly interesting to see the moulding process. I pretty much do the stages up to the silicone moulding but reverse engineering from original parts or modified parts I use as prototypes. I always wondered how they progressed from the stage I get then to (epoxy resin cast, from silicone moulds) to finished items!!!

Which reminds me Must do some "how to pics" at some point!

Being a recent new member, I have been enjoying this Topic's amazing pictures full of interesting detail. I really love the Greg Hughes original Ironblood concept art, especially that RS symbol that would look cool on a custom figure.

and of course Bob's pre-production resin Roboskull, that was maybe used on the Box Art (square teeth compared to final production ones) ?

Many thanks, just hope it comes up on Vectis one day, as others have previously discussed.
