Oh, and I have been toying with the idea of an Action Force Happy Families, using each force as a family. Next up, Kraken and Skeletron's old maid, Beggar Thy Neighbour with Z Force, and Queenie with Baron Ironblood.

Hi Hopper

I did the cards a while back, but sort of gave up on them. I mainly knew AF through the Hasbro era, with Flint, Footloose etc, and the Marvel run, and got back into them with the 25th Anniversary run of figures (still collecting the ME stuff too).

However I did have Z Force when a kid, my brother had most of the Shadows, friends had SAS Force, and I remember some of the comics, and possibly ... storm force who faced off spider-themed baddies?

Anyway, I digress. After joining here and enjoying it, I decided to get vintage SAS stuff, but became frustrated after always finding stuff on eBay going for silly prices (they've since gone back down but there's less stuff on there now) and so I couldn't get my collection off the ground, in addition I struggled with rating the characters and finding the images.

My cards were much simpler in design, but I created a number of games to play with them, and it would have included game boards. Here's some of the designs - except the standard Snake Eyes and Roadblock, the rest are actually ones I've started (you might note the Scarlett and Red Ninja have been processed with image enhancing processes in photoshop and now more than ever I can spruce up scanned images)

So I now have come a long way with these, with the Dr Who interest I have. The main aim is to establish a template that can be easily edited. Here's some examples:

By the way, the last image of Troughton was coloured by me from a B+W image.

Then I bought a laminator and printed them and laminated them and cut them...

And here's some different cards

Left - original Dr Who Top Trump card; Middle - new template (all the text is new and editable, the picture has been cleaned up); right - concept for new cards based on the vintage template.

And a hand drawn new picture for a new card

Happy families would work with the cards too, all you need is 4 from each team.

So, I'll be happy to do the graphic design and putting together of the cards if someone would provide the stats, text and image for each, and can put together A4 sheets for printing and laminating.
