For years Peterborough had one grotty (yet, really good) comic shop which was really just a cover for a soft drugs dealership...which closed down not long after the owner got busted.

We've had to make do with a stall on the market who's main business is body piercing, but now she's gone all 'upmarket' having recently moved into a proper shop & has dropped selling comics altogether.

There was a little second hand bookshop, I visited today, in that small rundown shopping arcade (the one on two floors & has a martial arts equipment shop) did have a U.K. Joe Annual on display in the window.

The owner, a very nice lady, said she'd just bought a private collection of about 1500 old American comics & was still sorting them all out, she thought there might be some Joe comics amongst that lot.

Hi Krackers,
I think it's called the West End Arcade(?) there's a shop specializing in autographed photos, next door to the book shop, which had some cool stuff for sale too.
