I didn't realize there was a thread on the subject other than mine asking who last received the items they paid for from Daniel "skyline" I'm out GBP 42.00 for these 4 figures (loose)
1) sparta
2) tiger force flint ( Chinese)
3) Marujo (broken crotch)
4) Tiger force Sneak Peek
he did refund my money to my PAYPAL account, but then paypal denied it & took the money back out -due to insufficient funds in the senders bank account. I have left him -2 feedback , witch I feel is justified I will help in any way that I can with a police report. Did anybody receive these figures ? just curious ?

Thanks for posting this Jim, as I've said I'm going to give the guy till Thursday, that's more than enough time to get the items in the post and atleast forward a recorded number. I think one of the main problems is communication. Ignoring messages is poor practice, I fully inderstand the guy is a busy chap and tends to read messages in the day then try to answer them in the evening. It's when you hear nothing that the issue occurs! The double selling matter, I hope is sorted as his photo shows but again, TELL PEOPLE!!! The guy is (by his own words) sitting on a lot of toys that people will happily buy for the price he's asking! If he sorted out his "dispatch and communication" problem he would be making even more ££'s.

I'll tell you what I will say, never must this fella be allowed to ever sell anything again on this forum the amount of hassle it has caused is f*cking ridiculous, no doubt he'll be back on to say everyone has had their items blah blah blah.

i second that eddie i was just thinking the same thing. as i am sure there are more people in the past he has burned and nothing was ever done about it like my MOC Medic.
the sad thing is he seems to want to give off the vibe he is just so busy but i really think he is well away of what he is doing as its to perfectly planned.

So here's an update. As of this morning I have everything that I have been expecting from skyline. Therefore as far as I stand I'll take the matter no further. I hope that all others that are waiting receive their items asap.
