Before modern publications etc distorted it all with their hard on's for Ninja's. So

is not a Ninja.

You know, you got a really god point there. In fact, even after the Joes were added to the Battleverse,

was the only ninja. Neither

nor

were ninjas and while the Battle version of

wasn't as evil as the Resolute one, he still was less of a "honorable warrior" than the Hama version.

Therefore,

isn't a ninja, but he would be if he was added to the Hamaverse or other modern Joeverse.
