MOC Red Wolf and Dolphin

I've re-carded two more previously uncarded figures - the Red Wolf and everyone's favourite Welshman, Gareth Morgan, better known as Dolphin.

Quite pleased with how they look.

I was toying [no pun intended] with putting some weapons in with them like blue flippers and an aqua backpack, but ultimately thought better of it. Anyone have any thoughts....

Wow they are so cool, can I have some larger images for the Customs section please?

One thought could be individual bubbles, without the two pockets? But I'd say go with some accessories from the Weapons Packs instead, ones that werne't with the regular carded figs.

Bugger, I always thought Sea Lion was one word! Now I gotta change all my toy archive HTML!

Here's some larger pics for the customs section Baron - hope they're ok

I thought about using single compartment bubbles [star wars style] but the way I see it is that Action Force were always the double-width style bubble [sometimes 3 sections, sometimes 2 sections].

The star wars style bubble was only used on Action Force at the very end when it was in decline and they were shifting old stock on the cheap. The single bubble style might well have been old Palitoy Star Wars bubbles that were 'lying around'.

Thus, I kept with the traditional AF bubble - they were the bubbles that I took off the SAS Attack Trooper 'NOC's' that you bought from me!

Re: weapons. Were there any stories in the comic that featured Red Wolf or Dolphin where they had a gun or weapon?

That way I could use those weapons which would give it some consistency.

Any comic experts know anything....

Well, the only strips featuring those two (versions) would be Codename Moondancer and Operation Sealion.

Weapons-wise I'd suggest the black SA80 for Red Wolf (pity the backpack doesn't fit) and either ammo, a detonator or possibly a codebook.



And for Dolphin definitely a pair of flippers as he has the right feet and whichever weapon fits his hand the best, I think the frogman hand has quite wide?

hey it would be great to see dolphin packaged with the head gear from the sealion and perhaps the red sa80 from the q force weapons pack ???

I have my red wolf displayed with twin uzis I think he looks pretty cool

I dont think he would benefit from anything else ??

i think it would work well i know it's not action force but....
