Action Force Original Artwork
Action Force Original Artwork
I've just found this on e-bay. Is this the same artwork that was being sold a few months back??? Possibly from the never released Action Force Monthy Issue 16. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ACTION-FORCE-FATA ... otohosting

Re: Action Force Original Artwork
yep thats the same one, but the seller doesnt know anything about it, he also had two before but now only has one. he also wont give bigger and better scans of it.
I tried to contact several people that worked on the series but just got passed around to where I never got an answer from the last person
its too bad, if I could find all the pages, hell I would buy it and we could do something with it, like a bloodforthebaron.com exclusive or something.
only this page and another one has popped up and the current seller doesnt know anything about it, including who he sold it too

I'm thinking about getting it, just so it's owned within our loop for any other parts that pop up.

ha! thats awesome! can you contact the seller and see if he has records of who he sold the other pages too?Destro wrote:I've just bought it, now officially owned within the BFTB consortium!!
maybe if we can track down who he sold the other page too, we can get that page too , or at least a scan of that other page
let him know we are interested in more from this story if he has or can find more
1 page down 21 to go !
man if we ever got this entire story we could color it and have a really cool bloodforthebaron.com exclusive!
Re: Action Force Original Artwork
Excellent! Hopefully there will be some further info such as the artists name or something on the back. Jamar, if you plough through the seller's feedback (received and posted) there will be an auction title for everything from the past three months. Laborious but worth it, I think.

Re: Action Force Original Artwork
It's arrived!!!!!
There's nothing written on the back, only on the top left corner '7, Action Force [Fatal Distraction]'
So I'm assuming this would be page 7. So I think there should be another 14 pages (also assuming that this was a full issue story)
Cross referencing with my other Action Force issues, I think I'm about 80% certain that the artist is Robin Smith.
It's so cool having this, you can actually still see the pencils through the ink, it really is a hidden treasure!!!

thats! great to hear! congrats man! I looked through pages and pages of the guys ebay stuff and couldnt find the other page, the original auction number for that other page doesnt help because it never sold.
maybe we can try to track down Robin Smith then? anyone know where to start with that?
I contacted Richard starkings and he has no info about it
