I regularly trawl a site called http://www.dafont.com for new fonts. They are laid out by category and are all free to download. They have some really good stuff, and I have found two that you might be interested in:

GI Joe and Cobra logos as well as many other goodies.

That's the one I was hunting for when I redid the comic galleries! I settled on using Stencil (Army) but now I have it I may well end up redoing them all...
