Id stay away from that question to be honest, as for the rules check

this is what other sites have posted

Topics open for discussion – Deco Decisions, Design Choices, Design Process/Development and Redeco/Retooling. Also, questions pertaining to past and current Line Strategy and Marketing.

Topics that cannot be addressed - “When will X toy be made/redesigned/released?”, Hypothetical, Sales/Cost Data, Product Idea Submissions, Potential Design/Redesign and Future Movie/Entertainment.

I wonder if they're self-regulating. I've certainly not been given those instructions.

OK, to summarise, our proposed questons (including the previously unused ones) are:

Are there any future plans to produce Red Shadows and/or Action Force figures into either the Pursuit of Cobra or sometime in the future? How about the Oktober Guard?

Any plans on releasing figures/ vehicles based on IDW's series as you did with DDP's Wraith and Kamakura?

In 2009 there were no plans to expand the range of SAF figures, this year has seen a growing interest in this range. Will this upsurge in interest in SAF figures change your plans?

With the popularity of the Joecon shads will we ever see these updated in 25th style?

How could we set up a european collectors club?

Due to the popularity of Joecon 2010 releases will we see new versions of old Red Shadow/Action Force vehicles like the Shadowtrak and Swordfish?

With exclusives like Action Force, the Red Shadows and now Sgt Slaughter being made solely for special events, we were wondering if rights and ownership are different for exclusive show events than mainstream mass releases. With Natalie Poole being released in only a few parts of Europe, was securing rights to this character hard to do for Joecon?

We at BFTB were simply overjoyed with the 2009 and 2010 convention exclusives. To have these Action Force characters reborn and integrated into the world of GI Joe is quite literally a dream come true, for which we can only thank you. However, it has come to light that some of the hardcore Joe fans have objected to you branching out beyond the "Real American Hero" franchise. Have you received any backlash for focusing upon international variants?

We need to decide which three to submit.

3, 6 and 7 would be the ones I'd send in.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

There's a fair bit of repetition there, I've amalgamated a few of the similar questions and cropped some of the longer ones:

In 2009 there were no plans to expand the range of SAF figures, this year has seen a growing interest in this range. Will this upsurge in interest in SAF figures change your plans?

Are there any future plans to produce Red Shadows, Action Force or Oktober Guard figures and vehicles into either the Pursuit of Cobra or 25th style?

Have you considered releasing figures based on IDW's series as you did with DDP's Wraith and Kamakura?

How could we set up a European Collectors Club?

Do rights and ownership differ for exclusive show events than from mainstream mass releases? With Natalie Poole being released in only a few parts of Europe, was securing rights to this character hard to do for Joecon?

Some of the hardcore Joe fans have objected to Joecon branching out beyond the "Real American Hero" franchise. Have you received any backlash for focusing upon international variants?

* I've not read any IDW series. Please can somebody confirm that there are IDW-created characters in the comics, and provide me with some example names?

i don't think the backlash one should be included, it's not Hasbro's decision to make them, they're made by the collector's club and hasbro only give legal clearance. (as i understand it) so, Hasbro's not going to answer that.

i'd simply ask 2, 3 and 4.

OK, I've gone with:

In 2009 there were no plans to expand the range of SAF figures, this year has seen a growing interest in this range. Will this upsurge in interest in SAF figures change your plans?

Are there any future plans to produce Red Shadows, Action Force or Oktober Guard figures and vehicles in either the Pursuit of Cobra or 25th style?

I didn't get confirmation on the IDW creater-owned characters, nobody liked my backlash question and setting up a Club is most likely better done as a direct proposal.

And the answer is.... UNICRON.

No wait, here it is:
Hasbro wrote:1) While we appreciate the interest in SAF figures, due to development schedules, we are not able to change our plans that quickly. However, we will keep the interest in those figures in mind as we look at future development..

cool! so theres hope still!

im still thinking that they need to take the POC line that isnt coming to the UK ( right? that hasnt changed, right? )

and rename it ACTION MAN and ACTION FORCE just do a bunch of head swaps. I think it would do much better that way in the UK and Europe
