I know a child that was pretty much 'infected' by his collecting dad. On his birthday he would make three piles for his gifts: one pile of stuff to play with, one pile of stuff to keep MIB and one pile to sell online. Mind you, the kid was seven years old at that time.ODB wrote:Didn't he want to buy a load of AFA cases for his figures?

That's a bit sad. I do have to let the kids rip into there things. It reminds me of the excitement I had ripping open my own Star Wars figures.
Some of the stuff my son has would be worth good money MOC tho. Last weekend he was reluctant to get the Falcon and Star Wars toys out for fear of his mate wrecking them. Only casualty was my Biggs Darlighter pilot helmet. Upsetting but I didn't get angry as I was happy they were playing with them.

Current plans I'm mulling over are:-
1. Finishing Star Wars loose figs
2. Something to do with He Man
3. A few Transformers
4. Completing my run of ECW DVDs (now defunct wrestling organisation I am fond of)
And ODB's right - I want shed loads of cases and stuff too. So fear not - my money shall be well wasted on totally unnecessary but thoroughly welcome items still!

He-Man? Better complete a MOTU collection and then begin to expand it with figures from the He-Man range like Flogg, Slushhead, Optikk and co.
