Re: GI JOE EXTREME VOLUME ONE ISSUE #1

Thanks Jamar! This is one of the few parts of GI Joe I've never really been familiar with, so it's nice to have something new. I appreciate the work you put into it!

Re: The Complete Works - Volume 4

I'm pretty psyched about this volume--in fact, I've been waiting for this one to buy all four volumes! Thanks for updating the progress so frequently, and thanks to those of you colouring it. In particular, I can't wait for the Baroness story!

Re: Custom Bound Action 1-50, plus BAF games and more on eBay

The auction ends soon, and I've also got a very nice bound edition of Who's Who in the DC Universe up as well.

I usually charge a $5 international handling fee, but if you mention you're from bloodforthebaron.com, I'll waive it.

Thanks!

Re: Back Up Strips

I'll have to dig up that X-men story--you've piqued my curiosity! I love Reston, Black Jack, Nayland Smith, and Leiko are almost just as interesting as Shang Chi though! Do any of them make it to the more modern stuff?

Re: Back Up Strips

Yeah, AF is what introduced me to Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu. The story included there is one of the best that Moench and Gulacy did. Reading through AF, I was amazed to see how unpopular it was! I believe they finished up the arc, then in the letters page it said something like "well, people ...

Re: My bound collection... let me know what you think!

Well, I started looking on www.ebay.co.uk instead of www.ebay.com, and found a whole new world. I got reintroduced to Action Force from Lars Pearson's _Now You Know_ (an awesome reference book!), and branched out to BAF from there. I enjoy the SAS/Z/Q Force stuff, but I really like the alternate ...

Re: My bound collection... let me know what you think!

Yup, it's a one of. I printed up the custom pages/scans, then mailed them off to a company that binds journals and things. I made sure I had another set of the Action Force issues though, so I'm already thinking I'd like to do it over, but eliminate the GI Joe reprint material so there's more room ...

My bound collection... let me know what you think!

Living in the States, I was quite proud of my Battle/Action Force collection, especially since it was before I even knew about this site! I created my own title page, introduction, and table of contents, had all 50 issues of AF bound, along with Transformers 125, World Enemy #1 & The Baroness from ...

Re: 24-02-09 The BFTB Iron Anniversary...

yeah, it actually took me over a week to notice the "X days to go..." banner that was staring me in the face. Now I only check back 20 times a day instead of 50.
