While everyone was awaiting and expecting the arrival of the Red Shadows, I'm not sure anyone saw the Red Torches coming. Dual purposed as a flamethrower and a toxic trooper, the Red Torches are a totally new invention by the GI Joe Collectors' Club designed to integrate with the Red Shadow team, yet still bring something new to the table.
