The story, centered around mind controlling GI Joe's Flint which mixes in the Battle Action Force characters Black Major with Red Shadows & Red Torches as well as Natalie Poole, Dolphin, Jammer, Gaucho and Blades with Black Major reporting to Cobra Commander.
