Action Force was also added to the roll call and the monthly Action Force ran for a respectable 15 issues (and was reprinted in the US as GI Joe - European Missions). In addition, the reprints of the American GI Joe strips crossed over, in February 1988, to the Transformers comic which became known as Transformers and Action Force from issue 153 then Transformers and GI Joe from issue 249. From issue 306, in January 1991, GI Joe was dropped from the title. Transformers itself would run for another 30 issues.
