Although far fewer in numbers compared to Kenner, Star Wars adverts produced by Palitoy had only one single television commercial channel available to air on at the time of the launch of the toys. As a result, much more effort was placed in print advertising through channels like comics.
The Palitoy Advert Archive DVD brings a fond look at all the promotional methods used for star wars products (not just Palitoy) in the UK in one package.
