I think this is a possibility, hence why I write that my thinking, and the debate, is dependant upon all the peices of evidence in the article itself. There could be other evidence Dave has that is hitherto unmentioned.

I dont beleive that "F" force or Special weapons force would have been a sixth force.
I tend to think they were a concept before Z Q and space etc were formed.
All the body parts are reused from series one figures.
