For Australia it comes out to 69.95 USD, if you DONT use a credit card, if you use a credit card then add 3.50 USD to that as paypal charges the extra to process it.
takes about 3 weeks to get to you
there was sooo many people asking about it I knew doing a pm would be the easiest and also would let the ones who like youself missed the thread a notice about it
its great to have Im loving it

got it! should take ( at the max ) 21 days, ( thats what it took to get here to me in Japan ) UK is a little closer so it should be a little quicker, I would start checking your mail boxes in about 14-15 days,

Okay... now I'm seriously pumped. That book looks awesome.  I will send cash through Paypal tomorrow if I can - I gotta get me one of these. As a mini-reward for setting up such an awesome project, here's another 'Red Shadows' artist pic from my collection:  I'll be sure to move a copy of this pic and the others ones I've got in my collection to the relevant section for next time. Thanks again though guys and well done to all concerned - looking forward to getting a copy here. Cheers, Steve

The book has arrived!!!
Many, many thanks for all the effort Jamarmiller!!
On first looks, it is indeed 'looking good'.
Love the data files at the back.
The only possible flaw I can think of [and I'm really nitpicking here] is the lack of an index at the front [it must be the school teacher in me!]
Anyway, cheers again, I'm really really pleased.

Im really happy that you are pleased, I was too but I was hoping I wasnst just saying that because I was bias LOL Thanks for the constructive feedback on the index, maybe we can somehow add that in next time the only thing is the individual pages dont have numbers on the bottom of them, and numbering them would be a bitch LOL , if we didnt number the pages would a index still be wanted? ( also every page does increase the cost of the book )
