Hasbro is pleased to invite you to its 2010 Collector-Fan Media Day event at American Toy Fair in New York City on Saturday, February 13. This year brings thrilling new products from Hasbro’s Transformers, G.I. Joe, Marvel and Star Wars brands, and we look forward to sharing a preview of the year’s offerings with you! This special invite-only event allows media guests to gather invaluable information from Hasbro, engage brand team members with questions, and tour the Hasbro showroom to capture photos of the products you’ve been anxiously waiting to see.
Please arrive at The Times Center (242 W. 41st Street -- between 7th & 8th Avenue) at 12:30 PM for check-in. Then, starting at 1 p.m., Hasbro’s Transformers, G.I. Joe, Marvel and Star Wars brand teams will present an overview of their respective product lines plans for 2010. Following the presentations, attendees will be toured through Hasbro’s product showroom, which will also be located at The Times Center in the exhibition hall below the theater.
We ask that you specify a preferred starting point for your tour when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
NOTE: This year, you will spend the first 20 minutes in the showroom at your preferred starting point before being allowed to proceed throughout the showroom at your leisure to each of the remaining boys brand exhibit areas. We think this will allow all participants with a better way to manage their time within the showroom.
The tour starting points are:
* #1 – G.I. JOE
* #2 – TRANSFORMERS
* #3 – MARVEL
* #4 – STAR WARS
* #5 – VEHICLES
Additional event details:
* Each outlet will be permitted two (2) representatives to attend Hasbro’s 2010 Collector-Fan Media Day event. (Upon Hasbro/Hunter PR’s approval.)
* Each starting point will be limited to 20 individuals. They will be filled in a first-come, first-serve basis.
* Guests from the same media outlet must start at the same brand exhibit area.
* Food and drink are prohibited in The Times Center and Hasbro showroom. It is our recommendation that attendees enjoy lunch prior to arriving for the event.
