I also made a SAS Weapon transport driven by Rock & Roll (or Ton Up, as you AF chaps like to call him):

The vehicles were painted with Krylon Fusion black spray paint, allowed to dry for at least a week, then sealed with Testors Dull Cote finish. The stickers are from Cobrastickers.com.
The figures were primed with Tamiya grey primer, painted with Model Masters, Pactra, and Tamiya paints, and sealed with Model Masters semi-gloss sealers. I used semi gloss instead of flat because the vintage GI Joe figures had a bit of shine to them. The flat seems to look fine on the 25th Anniversary customs, but I think SG looks better on the vintage.
I am going to order some stickers for the bomb disposal unit from j Ruben in Mexico to give it a little more realistic look.
I may attempt a SAS Panther custom this spring. I want to wait until it warms up a little because the spray painting was done in the garage when it was -15 degrees C, so I am surprised they turned out so well.
