I wouldn't believe it until I saw it and thankfully now I own it, Muton on the July August promo card with Mail away Commander offer on the left on reverse and stand up bubble.

The card is a bit tatty but I can't complain

Alright, even by my standards this is getting murky and complex. I need to re read this thread again... there is much here that needs adding to the Hopper Matrix, I fear!

On your Matrix, which btw has been a massive help to my collecting, you are missing a column for the July/August promo as a straight printed white star version. Happy to mail my filled in version back so you can see which figures I believe weren't produced on certain card backs.. For example Kraken, Space Engineer and Z Medic are only on 2 different cards.

Some photos of my latest Palitoy employee vectis stuff.

All the figures have bubbles with stems (like some Star Wars). First 3 have stickers over the top of the white stars. Last two don't.

All backs have commander on left and no dotted line around the yellow info.

Re. Bubbles having numbers, certain Star Wars figures can be found with numbers or letters in the bubbles. Quote:
