Has anyone seen this on ebay ? Carded SAS Blades

Post by Andy1672 »

I currently have this on my watch list ......

I dont plan on bidding, but im interested to see what it goes for.

I know this figure was a repaint of tripwire .... but does an SAS pilot really need a metal detector ?

Hi Andy,

it's odd as I have come across one just like that, but not related to the auction in anyway.

Dave.

The accessories caught my attention straight away, as had never seen them packed with the figure before.

Here's your answer;

A limited number of these figures were available domestically at the 1992 G.I.Joe convention, packaged as "Tripwire".

Was reading that last week ;)

perhaps, but there is no way the one I handled was a convention exclusive, this one predates that by around 8 years ;)
