Re: ALIENS
it's pretty incredible isn't it? It's one of the best stop-motion films I've done by toys

Re: ALIENS
Honestly, living with Eddie is like living with a corporeal version of the IMDB - I have never met anyone who can identify every person in a movie and tell you what else they've been in (and sometimes by only hearing their voice). I think it was 850 DVD's in his collection at the last count... I'd like to say it was "our" collection, but I've probably contributed only about ten of those...
On touching the trig point, I found my thrill
To the east Brokeback Mountain, to the west, Benny Hill
I'll give you the grid ref, you might like to go

Re: ALIENS
Always bought loads of DVD's in the past but now I have an unlimited pass for the cinema I don't. If the film is gash then I wouldn't need to buy the DVD to find that out, so I only buy my real favourites. It really is worth the £12 a month So looking forward to buying burn after reading when it comes out.The Kraken wrote:Yeah I can be a bit like that with films but I dont have over 850!!lol I have about 310 or somthing
Also went to see the new Will Smith film yesterday and really enjoyed it. IMHO he deserves an Oscar for it!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Re: ALIENS Hot Toys
You've probably already covered these, but my friend just got everything except Ripley on Feebay for £20.
I didn't realize they were 3 3/4" until I went to his house the other day! They are fantastic quality. Not sure if they stand up unassisted though. The black stand comes off and all the weapons and armour too.
I like Apone's flame thrower and the beep beep tracking devices they have! brilliant!

I've got all the human's made by hot Toys,I love 'em to bit's but they are so darn delicate...Drakes arm broke as I was building him.Konami also make/made some awesome stuff as well, check out the Powerloader it's a lot better detailed than the model kit I spent months building.
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!
