Reading Alan Hall's Action Man guide volume 3, it ends with a photo of Action Force.
Alan states that the AF teams included SAS and Enemy, plus 'Heavy Brigade' and 'Deep Sea' teams.
Why Alan's book, which is incredibly researched on AM, is so slap-dash with regards to AF at the end is a mystery, especially when you consider that his shop has a stack load of box-fresh AF for sale, presumably there since the very beginning of the range back in the '80's.
The point I'm making is that maybe he wrote this final part using some early series 2 Palitoy reference materials, back when the team were perhaps still being developed?
We known that Z Force was originally called Heavy Weapons Brigade.
''Perhaps'' Q Force were originally named 'Deep Sea' team.
''Possibly'' along the 'SAS' team and the 'Special Weapons' team.
It's all 'if's' & 'maybe's', I know, but thought I'd add it in to the speculation.

If you ever get a chance, do visit The Modellers Loft shop, it's full of wonderful old & new toys..it's almost like a toy museum with the added bonus of being able to buy any of the exhibits, well if you've got the cash that is..
