Re: Palitoy & AF Codes (more geekery)
Was thankful to get these battered boxes for £40, as I noticed the Panther's blueprints were an even newer variant. The plans show how to assemble the jeep due to it needing to fit inside the new style picture card box. On closer inspection of the blueprints, its Line number is L1484 which falls bet...

"They are in Number order at the moment, which shows the order in which they were released" Nice one! (or Yahtzee!!! we might hear being said by our esteemed colleague SteveD) :) TimeLine L = Line 10xx -> 15xx = 1982->1985 Line 10xx 1982 Original historic Action Force - Window Boxes AF Base (Initia...

Re: Palitoy & AF Codes (more geekery)
I'm guessing that the first vehicle wave, such as the Tank & Swordfish were made in England & France and have no number on the inside of the boxes. Then production was stopped in France for the later waves like ATC, Silent Attack & Hawk, that do have numbers on the inside of the box but France scrib...

Re: AF Ground Assault Prototype
Just curious to gauge how mental we would all be prepared to bid for Bob's pre-production resin Roboskull, if it was to one day appear. £1000 would be my max but only due to lack of funds and a potentially angry wife, hehe

Re: AF Ground Assault Prototype
I would say the first shot Ground Assault would easily be £30 or more and while we are discussing silly money, who is t***b( 4718) as always raises the bids on every Roboskull and battles against his arch rival s***m (935). These fellow addicts have thankfully saved my money loads of times by outbid...

Re: New Bob Brechin & Brian Turner exhibiton - Final photos
Being a recent new member, I have been enjoying this Topic's amazing pictures full of interesting detail. I really love the Greg Hughes original Ironblood concept art, especially that RS symbol that would look cool on a custom figure. RsSymbol.jpg and of course Bob's pre-production resin Roboskull, ...
