Re: Blades variant?

According to what I've read by Buddusky, the bagged convention "Tripwire" (renamed Blades figures) had sh*tty paint jobs. Unpainted visors are often seen.

[...] As a side note I have three Falcons all missing Camo from their shirts and all purchased from Europe. [...] Would love to get one like that. Is his arms also without camouflage? I'm going through my spares (that's more than a thousand GI Joes, so it takes some time. Dear lord, how did I ever ...

Re: Was Claymore released in the UK?

Yeah, I have also gotten SMB figures in three different Danish childhood lots I've bought. Another idea is they could be from the Driving Force Club Membership. If you joined you received a random figure sealed in bag. As a side note I have three Falcons all missing Camo from their shirts and all pu...

Re: Was Claymore released in the UK?

Theory #1: Was the "childhood" collection purchased in person or via EBay? I ask as if it was via eBay then it may not be a "childhood" collection. When I'm searching eBay and I come across a UK lot described as a "childhood" collection I always gauge the presence of a US only release figure as a c...

Re: Was Claymore released in the UK?

Hey Volleydan. I posted the first one to emerge on YoJoe. This is the only of your questions I can (somewhat) give an answer to: 3. Was the Mission: Brazil set sold in the UK or was he released as a solo figure - how did you buy him? I bought him in a childhood collection which also included SMB Wet...

Re: Euro Exclusive Launcher Info Needed

I'm slowly piecing together a set of these, when I get them in lots. Not really much into those oversized missile launchers, but Europe exclusive stuff is just fun to collect when oneself is from Europe :D I have no idea of the value either, and I haven't been able to ever find them for sale on eBay...

Re: AF clearance packs

Now that's a cool one! Out of curiosity, what did this (and the other two) sell for ten years ago?

Re: Hasbro UK Releases

I've never seen that! Are you sure it's genuine? Not an amalgamation? Do the dark green parts match any known AWE Striker release? If so, I can't seem to find it. Then it should be the Estrela or Rubiplas. But the Rubiplas seems to be the wrong shade: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-toys-vint...

Re: Hasbro UK Releases

I haven't gotten much feedback (i.e. none) on YoJoe on this yet, so thought I might post it here as well. (Even though it's only been 11 hours since I posted it :P) Anyway, I got this cool Action Force AWE Striker yesterday. All the green parts, except the main body, is a cool army dark green. Were ...
