Satellite DefenceAvailable during Release 2 waves 1 + 2 The Satellite Defence mini vehicle was available during both waves. It was based on the original Action Force AF9 Snow Mobile. The vehicle was supplied packed with a Space Security Trooper figure, it was available as both a blister pack in wave 1 or boxed vehicle in wave 2. DetailsThe Satellite Defence was conceived as an orbital point defence craft for Space Stations. This is still it's prime operational role, but some are also used for Lunar Patrol and many are used to carry EVA (Extra Vehicular Activity) work crews as their open design allows easy entry/exit from the vehicle. The Vehicle crew consists of a pilot and up to two standing passengers in the rear area. All Crew must be wearing Space Suits. "The Satellite Defence is the only Space Force craft routinely armed with missiles, and this along with their economy of operation and simplicity of repair explains their popularity."
