A few years back, Devil's Due Publications reintroduced the Red Shadows to the GI Joe universe. While these were all-new characters and designs, the name, logo and image were the same. It was enough to spark a new global interest in the toyline - an interest which is still growing.

Many of our old-school Red Shadow fans were unimpressed by the new-look, and petitioned DDP to retcon their characters to fit Action Force canon. To our everlasting joy they listened, and in his final appearance their chief protagonist Wilder Vaughn was seen to be wearing the Black Major's uniform.

The new GI Joe comic publisher, IDW Publishing, has expressed an interest in the Red Shadows. Please pledge your support to the cause by signing our online petition.
